Tom Hairston is a Support Representative for the Network for Educator Effectiveness at ARC. Tom has worked with the Network for Educator Effectiveness since 2011. His current responsibilities include master scoring protocols, training design, and technical assistance to school districts throughout the southeastern and eastern part of Missouri. Tom also works with the Hook Center for Educational Renewal as a Transition Services Specialist for Special Education Services. Prior to his work with NEE, he worked for two years as a Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports Consultant for the Heart of Missouri Regional Professional Development Center at the University of Missouri. He began his career in education as a high school special education and language arts teacher and football coach at Moberly High School in Moberly, Missouri.
