Steve is the Managing Director of NEE, which is housed at, and supported by staff from, the Assessment Resource Center. NEE is an educator evaluation tool used by over 250 school districts in the state of Missouri.
Steve has 30 years of experience in PreK-12 education with the Francis Howell School District in St. Charles, Missouri, including high school teacher and coach, assistant/associate principal, principal, director of student services, and chief human resources officer. As a NEE user, at Francis Howell, Steve is familiar with the practical implementation of NEE from the customer standpoint.
In addition to his education experience, Steve has a degree in Business Administration and has worked in the public accounting field.
