Tim earned a Bachelor's Degree in English from Truman State University and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. Tim began working for ARC in the summer of 2001 as a reader/scorer. For the next 6 years, he taught full-time in the English department at Missouri during the academic year and supervised teams of scorers at ARC each summer. He has been a part of nearly every project in ARC's Performance Assessment Scoring Center, either as a scorer, team leader, or grade-level supervisor. He currently serves as ARC's Campus Liaison in Townsend Hall, in charge of the classroom testing program and as a key player in the Evaluation of Instruction and Course process. Tim also serves as an editor for many of the documents produced by ARC.
