* These administrations extend over two Saturdays.
** Score reports will be sent to students and institutions within 4 weeks of the
last date of each testing window except for score reports from the September
administration, which will require at least five weeks. It is not possible to
guarantee delivery of score reports any earlier than the dates shown.
College BASE Order Form – Missouri Only: This form is for institutions
administering College BASE for students enrolling in Missouri educator
preparation programs.
Special Services Request Form: The Special
Services Request Form must be completed and approved for students seeking
accommodations during College BASE testing. After completion and approval, the
form is submitted to ARC after testing with the completed answer booklets.
Calculator Description: Refer to the calculator description to determine if a
student’s calculator is acceptable for use during College BASE testing.
